Hi, I’m Jocelyn, and I've been there.
I’ve spent my career on both sides of the funder–nonprofit relationship. I’ve helped scale programs into new geographies, hired and managed teams across multiple communities, strengthened struggling programs and operations, managed funder and government relationships, and built systems that help great programs actually work.
This isn’t coaching based only on theory. It’s practical support grounded in experience.
